Having only just opened in May 2009, Jupiter Artland is a stunning private collection of sculpture, open to the public, within the grounds of Bonnington House not far from Edinburgh.

A number of contemporary, world renowned sculptors were invited to design and personally site their creations in this 80 acre woodland and field site, resulting in a breathtaking and uplifting experience for visitors. From the astonishing Charles Jencks 'Life Mounds', which dominate the entrance (above), to the secluded 'Over Here' by Shane Waltener, there are plenty more brain challenging sights in which to revel.

The current artists are;
Charles Jencks, Anish Kapoor, Antony Gormley, Andy Goldsworthy, Ian Hamilton Finlay, Shane Waltener, Marc Quinn, Alec Finlay, Laura Ford, Peter Liversidge, Cornelia Parker.
