Held annually The Fife Show is a traditional agricultural show for commercial farmers to exhibit their livestock and complete for awards in the multitude of categories. Many farm equipment manufacturers and other related industry trades, including financial services, also attend to demonstrate, sell and provide advice. A substantial element of The Show are the equestrian competitions for a variety of categories of horse and rider. The Show is also intended to allow people to get close to the animals and attracts large numbers of the general public who can enjoy the general carnival atmosphere.
