The KENILWORTH was the main vessel servicing the Helensburgh-Kilcreggan-Dunoon passenger route on the Firth of Clyde until 2007. She was unaltered in nearly every way since her launch, having been built in 1936 by the Rowhedge Ironworks Company, Colchester. Originally named HOTSPUR II, she was bought by Clyde Marine Motoring Company, Greenock in 1979 and operated on The Firth of Clyde.
